The breakfast was awesome, the accommodations were comfortable, it was clean and the family that runs it are very friendly. A great find especially during a festival weekend- it was literally one of the few places still with rooms available. Although it is a little far away from the center (still walkable) it was nice to have an oasis away from the party!

There is very little noise insulation so in the mornings we could hear everything in the breakfast room and lobby.

The rooms are new and everything (AC / plumbing) was clean and worked just fine - about what I expected in terms of value for money. The beach is just around the corner.

The location is not optimal if you aren't driving. There is a "circular" bus that goes around Paraty and has a stop close to the place, but it runs every 1.5 hrs. We ended up walking it back and forth into the village center, taking about 30 min or so. The cost of taxis was prohibitively high (at least for us), even for just about a 2 or 3 km trip.

Price, clean room.

Remote, end of muddy road. Poor water pressure I.E. Showering took ages. Breakfast choices were ok, but the fruit flies everywhere didn't exactly invited to eat. If booking in advance you have to pay 50% to Brazilian bank account tluckily we had friends there who could help), no credit card accepted.
